I experienced numerous issues during my stay. The WiFi was utterly terrible and hardly worked at all, which was frustrating. The staff’s attitude, especially from the woman at check-in, was unfriendly and unwelcoming, making our arrival disappointing. I also dealt with a persistent smoke detector that chirped throughout my stay. These problems significantly diminished what could have been a pleasant experience.
